Enrolment Inquires

You can enrol your child, for the following year, at any time. Our staff will be happy to step through the enrolment process with you, answer any questions you have and provide you with a personalised tour though our School. Enrolment packages are available at the office.

The Enrolment Form (click here to download) must be accompanied by:-

• Birth Certificate
• Statement from the Australian Childhood immunisation register with the notation at the foot of the Certificate stating: "This child has received all vaccines required by 5 years of age"

or

• Immunization Status Certificate - if immunisation completed overseas

or

• In the absence of incomplete or non-immunisation, a Statutory Declaration is required.
• Passport (if child born out of Australia)
• Visa details
• Any relevant court documentation
