Enrolment at EHPS

We welcome enquiries for children who require enrolment in 2020 or 2021. The school and office are closed to visitors, so please contact our Office by phone between 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday during school terms, or send an email, to enquire about availability in the required year level.

Requests for enrolment in Prep to Year 6 in the current (2020) and upcoming (2021) school years can be considered at this time. Contact our Office (phone or email only; the school and office are currently closed to visitors) to enquire about availability of a place in the required year level. 
 

Prep 2021:  The date for lodgement of enrolment documentation for Prep 2021 was Friday 29th May. If Prep 2021 enrolment is required, please contact our Office.

Years 1 to 6 in 2021:  Contact our Office (by phone only; please do not visit the school at this time) to enquire about availability of a place in the required year level. If a place is available in the required year level, attendance on a school tour is recommended (note: tours are currently cancelled). Lodge enrolment documentation not later than Friday 27th November 2020. This allows for our planning and preparation, and ensures incoming students can attend an Orientation Day in early December prior to commencing at EHPS.

Entry from 2022 and beyond:  Enrolment is lodged in the year prior to entry. Contact us in the year prior to your child's entry to book a school tour and/or collect an information pack and enrolment forms.

Our information pack, including enrolment forms, is provided at the conclusion of a school tour, or can be collected from our Office between 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday during school terms. ** As no visitors are currently permitted, our Information Pack, including enrolment forms, is available for collection from the Information & Enrolment Pack tub outside our Office between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (during school terms). Completed enrolment documentation is to be returned to the same tub. **
