What is School Wide Positive Behaviour Support?
The School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) approach supports the implementation of the school’s vision, values and expectations. The SWPBS framework is used to promote high expectations in managing self and interacting with others. It encompasses three tiers of an intervention cycle that predicts and prevents problems, ensures a consistent approach and monitors how programs and strategies are working.
