The Resilience Project
As part of our focus on mental health and wellbeing for our students, staff and wider school community, EHPS will be participating in The Resilience Project in 2021.
The Resilience Project
delivers emotionally engaging programs to schools, providing practical, evidence-based, positive mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness. Through presentations, school curriculum, student diaries and their app, The Reslience Project seeks to help all Australians become mentally healthy. The Resilience Project team have delivered programs to over 1000 government, independent and private schools nationally and are regarded as one of the most engaging positive mental health programs in the country.
As part of the delivery and implementation of The Resilience Project, our families are invited to an online webinar on Monday 22nd March. Hugh van Cuylenburg, the founder of The Resilience Project, will speak about evidence based research that explores how practising the principles of gratitude, empathy and mindfulness helps us to build resilience and be happier.
